Six questions, every service
Live store status
Open, closed or busy on each platform, and since when. Only the stores with a problem are listed, so the screen stays short.
Paused products
Every product switched off, store by store and platform by platform. Bestsellers come first, and items paused “until further notice” are flagged.
Closures register
Minutes closed inside opening hours, per platform, with an estimate of the sales lost based on that store's usual day.
Failed orders
Orders that did not reach the kitchen, and whether they were sent again. Automatic retries can be switched on per store.
Close and reopen in one place
Close every platform at once with a reason and an end time. It reopens by itself when the time is up, and checks that it really did.
A record of every action
Who closed or reopened a store, when, and why. Nothing changes on your accounts unless you switch that action on.
